The Sri Manjunatheswara Central School had its humble beginning in 2003-04, as an outcome of Dr.D.V.Heggadeji’s vision and timely action of Prof.N.Vajrakumar, becoming the first school to introduce CBSE syllabus in these parts of Karnataka.

Our school adheres to the curriculum/syllabus laid down by CBSE, New Delhi.  We have a Pre-primary section and classes from Std I to X. We offer excellent facilities in all spheres of education and sports. We have a highly qualified faculty who are always at the student’s call. We have tied up with BASE, Bangalore, to train children aspiring to join professional courses/competitive exams like IIT-JEE, CAT, AIIMS etc from Std IX itself.

Value-based quality education is prime on our agenda. And when we say this, it is not just a statement.  Every effort is made to see that each child picks up the nuances of core subjects, and does not just go through a routine.

We engage the children in thought-provoking exercises, through diverse methods to achieve the end….ie; set the thinking process in motion. A whole range of co-curricular activities are rolled out to children, so that they put their skills to test, learn new ones, and add to their personality.  New talent is discovered.  All this leads to turning out a potential product in the end!

We take personal care of the children and Endeavour to see that each child goes home smiling, and looks forward to another happy day at school. Here, learning is a healthy habit and our aim is to see children ‘fully armed’ to take on the world outside when they pass out.
